At one point, I realized we would be going four weeks without a bake day! And we can't have that. So I added a special Thursday bake on a week when I have less committments than others. What a wonderful market season! It was an honor to be your village baker this spring, summer, and fall. While I'm sad to see the market come to an end, I look forward to continuing to bake for you.
