What a wonderful market season! It was an honor to be your village baker this spring, summer, and fall.

While I'm sad to see the market come to an end, I look forward to continuing to bake for you. That's right - you don't have to wait until May to get freshly baked, nourishing, long fermented, organic bread! I still bake most weeks, and you can pre-order! Orders open Sundays and close on Wednesday evenings (or until I sell out - whichever comes first). You place an order (click here to sign up for text alerts) and then choose your pickup location. I make your bread, bake it, and have it ready for you to pick up at the appointed time and place. Easy peasy.
